Every image is carefully reviewed and refined using professional tools, including Adobe Photoshop, to improve clarity, correct color, repair damage, and preserve the original people and moment. AI helps assist the process, but every photo is thoughtfully adjusted to ensure it still looks natural and authentic.
Do I need to mail you the original photo?
Nope!
Please DO NOT send us the original photo — we’d hate to risk something so important getting lost or damaged. Instead, just snap a clear photo of it and upload that version when placing your order.
What should I upload if I have a printed photo?
Upload a clear photo you take of the printed photo using your phone or camera. As long as the image is reasonably clear and well lit, we can usually work with it.

The quality of the photo you upload matters—but it doesn’t need to be perfect. These tips help you get the best possible results from the original photo you’re restoring.
How should I photograph my original photo for the best results?
For best results when photographing a printed photo:
• Lay the photo flat
• Use natural light if possible
• Avoid glare or reflections
• Take the photo straight on (not at an angle)
If you’re unsure, upload what you have—we’ll work with it.
What kinds of uploaded photos work best for restoration?
Uploaded photos work best when:
• The entire original photo is visible
• Faces are clear and in focus
• Glare and shadows are minimal
• The image isn’t heavily blurred
That said, many restorations start with less-than-ideal photos. Don’t let “not perfect” stop you from submitting.
Can I upload more than one photo at a time?
Yes. You can upload multiple photos in one submission.
Just make sure the number of photos you upload matches the quantity in your cart before checking out.
What file types can I upload?
Most common image formats work, including JPG, PNG, PDF, and phone-native formats like HEIC. You can upload photos directly from your phone—no conversion or extra steps needed.

Are all restorations fully automated by AI?
No.
AI is used as a tool—not a replacement for careful review. Every photo is manually checked and refined to ensure faces, expressions, and important details look right.
Will the people in my photo still look like themselves?
Yes. You can upload multiple photos in one submission.

Can I restore my photo myself using AI tools?
You can—and many people try.
Modern AI tools are powerful, but good restoration still depends on experience: knowing how to adjust color correctly, scale and crop without distortion, preserve facial features, and combine AI results with hands-on editing.
We use AI as part of a broader workflow built on years of photo editing experience and professional tools like Adobe Photoshop. That allows us to push AI tools further, avoid common mistakes, and deliver results that look natural rather than over-processed.

Pricing, Timing & Delivery

How much does it cost to restore a photo?
Pricing is per photo and based on the level of restoration:
• Standard Restoration: $20 flat rate per photo
• Advanced Restoration:$30 flat rate per photo
The price shown at checkout is the final price.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes.
Rush service is currently available for Standard (Basic) restorations only.
Advanced restorations take more time and care and are not eligible for rush service at this time.
How long will my restoration take?
Most restorations are completed within 3–5 business days.
This applies to both Standard and Advanced restorations. Rush services, when selected, are prioritized within that window.
How will I receive my restored photo?
You’ll receive a high-quality digital file that’s ready to download, share, or print.
Do you offer discounts for multiple photo restorations?
Yes. We’re currently exploring bulk discounts for larger restoration projects.

What if I’m not happy with the first restoration?
Every restoration includes one free revision.
If something doesn’t feel right—color, tone, or overall look—we’ll make adjustments to get it where it should be.
What if the results just don’t feel right at all?
We want this business to succeed based on the quality of our work and the trust people place in us.
If we don’t feel confident in the final result—or if the restoration doesn’t meet reasonable expectations—we’ll issue a refund.
